Signature Media is the media and sponsorship arm of Signature Athletics, Inc., a company based in Tampa, Florida. In this policy, “Signature Media,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Signature Athletics, Inc. and its Signature Media brand. When you send a sponsor inquiry, we collect the details you choose to give us:

• Your first and last name, work email, company, and job title
• Your phone number, if you provide it
• The type of brand you represent and the partnership options you're interested in
• Your annual budget range, target markets, and goals
• How you heard about us

If you email us directly, we keep that correspondence. Like most websites, our hosting provider also records standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the site that referred you, and the time of your visit. This helps us deliver the site and keep it secure.
