Youth sports marketing for banks and financial services

Banks and financial services companies reach two audiences in youth sports: the clubs, most of them small businesses, and the families paying for the season. Signature Media reaches about 55,000 program leaders through the Program Director's Playbook and about 300,000 parents through the Sport Parent Survival Guide, so banks, lenders, payment companies, and advisors can reach both from one partner.

The challenge

Families and clubs both manage real money

The average family spent $1,016 on a child's primary sport in 2024, up 46% in five years. On the other side of that payment is a club collecting registration fees, paying coaches, and managing a budget all year, usually without a dedicated finance person.

Both are valuable banking customers, and both tune out most financial advertising. Signature already works with the programs and talks to the parents every week, so your brand shows up as a partner they know.

How G&A Partners reaches youth sports programs through a channel partnership

In June 2026, Signature Media and G&A Partners launched a channel partnership that brings G&A's PEO services to youth sports organizations. Signature promotes G&A to our national audience and runs an inbound lead funnel, from a co-branded landing page and savings calculator to conversations with program decision makers who already work with us. Programs get HR, payroll, and benefits at reduced rates, plus an annual sponsorship funded by G&A.

How can a bank reach youth sports families?

Show up where families already pay attention: their kids' programs and the newsletters they read. Signature Media reaches about 300,000 parents through the Sport Parent Survival Guide and runs financial education events and offers through our 1,000+ program network.

Do youth sports clubs need business banking?

Yes. Most programs run like small businesses, and about 90% of Program Director's Playbook subscribers are small business owners who collect fees, pay staff, and manage budgets all year.

Can a bank sponsor a local youth sports program?

Yes. Community banks and credit unions can put their name on a program, a field, or an event in their market, with program naming rights on three-year terms.

How long does it take to launch?

Most partnerships go live within six weeks of a signed agreement.
